We have 2 small offices at Sandbox Shoreditch for 6-8 people and are 275 square feet. They’re both on the top floor which is accessible via the lift or stairs and both benefit from a shared lounge area as well as the roof garden. It’s a great spot to be.

Our larger offices start at 550 sq/ft and can cater from 14 – 18 people with internal glass fronted meeting rooms and a more grown-up yet playful approach. Within a walking distance of Shoreditch high street, you couldn’t ask for much more.

TAKE A WHOLE FLOOR

Covering 1400 sq/ft, you can take over a whole floor with upto 3 meeting rooms, a kitchen and dining area, lounge area and upto 24 desks. You’d get 32 in if we removed some meeting rooms for you which is also fine.

We’ve been able to totally rework the configuration, taking our learnings over the past 10 years to optimise the building exactly to what we believe startups need. We’ve played around with natural materials and incorporated playful bursts of colour. We love it here!

We’re fully aware that different companies need different things from their offices. We know the struggle is real when it comes to the dev-team vs sales-team battle. So much so, that we re-work every office or studio to perfectly suit the needs of our new members.

This might be simple stuff like the ratio of meeting rooms to desks, but it incorporates the fun bits too like a bar area for team hangouts or a games area for downtime. We’re self-proclaimed gurus in office interior design and will guide on colours, layout, floor styles and the branding of your new space too.

We also offer a turn-key product called Sandbox Solutions. This means we’ll discuss what your perfect move looks like and go out and find a new building for you. We then take on the lease ourselves, build the office that perfectly suits your needs and then service it for you. All you need to do is turn up on day one and dive into your brand new ball pit we built for you.
