We have 2 small offices at Sandbox Shoreditch for 6-8 people and are 275 square feet. They’re both on the top floor which is accessible via the lift or stairs and both benefit from a shared lounge area as well as the roof garden. It’s a great spot to be.

Covering 1400 sq/ft, you can take over a whole floor with upto 3 meeting rooms, a kitchen and dining area, lounge area and upto 24 desks. You’d get 32 in if we removed some meeting rooms for you which is no bother.

We’ve been able to totally rework the configuration, taking our learnings over the past 10 years to optimise the building exactly to what we believe startups need. Our in-house team will guide everything from layouts and furniture to colours, branding and finishes. We’re experts at getting the most out of a space, helping you create an office your team will love without paying for things you simply don’t need. We only charge for the supply and fit of any works required, with no design fees, project management fees, or unnecessary mark-ups.
