Our smaller offices at Sandbox Southwark Bridge range from 4 – 12 people starting at 150 square feet and come furnished to your taste. We have more meeting rooms per person here than at any other location too so you’ll always have somewhere to jump out and take a call.

Our larger offices start at 560 sq/ft and can cater from 14 – 40 people with internal glass fronted meeting rooms and a more grown-up yet playful approach.

Looking for a meeting room for the day in a great location that won’t cost the earth? We have a range of options (4-16 persons) with access to break out areas and other amenities like coffee too. Consider your next off-site sorted.

We have a range of meeting rooms here, from smaller 4 person spaces to larger creative rooms for full team catch ups or presentations. All of them are bookable through an app and guess what, they are 100% free to use for members.

COMMUNAL
SPACES

This building has bags of communal breakout space, more than we know what to do with. If you need to get out of the office, there are plenty of plants to hide behind and games areas for a streetfighter tournament or a dance around the ping pong table.

VIEWS

We talk about it alot but we stand by the fact that we have pretty darn good views for an affordable workspace in London. Take in the Thames vista stretching from St Pauls to Tower Bridge and beyond. Find us a desk with better views for less than £350 and the beers are on us.

As a member you can book out our event spaces across any Sandbox location which includes roof gardens, presentation suites and cocktail bars. Oh and they’re free of charge too. enjoy!

We’re fully aware that different companies need different things from their offices. We know the struggle is real when it comes to the dev-team vs sales-team battle. So much so, that we re-work every office or studio to perfectly suit the needs of our new members.

This might be simple stuff like the ratio of meeting rooms to desks, but it incorporates the fun bits too like a bar area for team hangouts or a games area for downtime. We’re self-proclaimed gurus in office interior design and will guide on colours, layout, floor styles and the branding of your new space too.

We also offer a turn-key product called Sandbox Solutions. This means we’ll discuss what your perfect move looks like and go out and find a new building for you. We then take on the lease ourselves, build the office that perfectly suits your needs and then service it for you. All you need to do is turn up on day one and dive into your brand new ball pit we built for you.
