Our smaller offices at Sandbox London Bridge range from 4 – 12 people and are 130 sq/ft. They all benefit from bags of communal breakout space and all of them have plenty of natural light. There are loads of small businesses based here and there is a real startup hustle feel.

Our larger offices start at 560 sq/ft and can cater from 14 – 120 people with internal glass fronted meeting rooms and a more grown-up yet playful approach. This building is located right on the bankside so most of our workspaces benefit from stunning views over the River Thames.

Looking for an art space in a great location that won’t cost the earth? We have a range of private studios and open plan space dedicated to artists and makers and as well as an Art Academy. All in all its a thriving community of artists.

As a member you can book out our 7th floor event space which includes an outdoor balcony and a kitchenette for up to 100 people anytime you like. Oh and it’s free of charge, enjoy!

We’re fully aware that different companies need different things from their offices. We know the struggle is real when it comes to the dev-team vs sales-team battle, so much so that we re-work every office or studio to perfectly suit the needs of our new members.

This might be simple stuff like the ratio of meeting rooms to desks, but it incorporates the fun bits too; building a bar area for team hangouts or a games area for downtime. We’re self-proclaimed gurus in office interior design and will guide on colours, layout, floor styles and the branding of your new space too.

We also offer a turn-key product called Sandbox Solutions. This means we’ll discuss what your perfect move looks like and go out and find a new building for you. We then take on the lease ourselves, build the office that perfectly suits your needs and then service it for you. All you need to do is turn up on day 1 and dive into your brand new ball pit we built for you.
